She is notably active in TEXSAR: Texas Search and Rescue as the founder and leader of the Dive Team and a Master Underwater Criminal Investigator, demonstrating her dedication to public safety and volunteerism. She just retired her K9, Squanto, who was a nationally certified K9 to find missing persons.

Her philanthropic efforts are further evidenced through her involvement with the Jewish Federations of North America and Shalom Austin where she holds several local and national leadership positions. Currently she is on the Board of National Women’s Philanthropy representing thousands of leaders across the U.S.
